    When you book through an online-travel agency (OTA) such as Booking.com, you’re marked as a “budget” traveler with no extra perks thrown in. The hotel knows nothing about you as a traveler and don’t expect you to return. Booking through an advisor within a preferred partnership program is different; you can expect a more high-touch and superior on-the-ground experience upon arrival.

  • Preferred partnerships are not easy to get – these are selective, invitation-only programs developed and cultivated by hotels to reward agencies who deliver consistent, high-quality clientele at significant volume. Clients who come such agencies book higher room categories, spend more at the property and are more loyal than any other channel. You benefit from the many years of this track record.

    As its name suggests, clients of travel advisors booked under these preferred partnerships will always get preferential VIP treatment upon arrival. You may see some of the key partnerships within my network below (over 5,000 hotels and counting).

  • Any kind of travel: weekend getaways, honeymoons, adventure treks, cruises, scuba diving holidays, room blocks for a wedding, and so on. I’m also able to help you find specific suppliers (private yacht charters, villa / chateau rentals, etc.).

    Would you rather plan your own trip? That’s great! Just let me know which hotels you’re interested in and I can secure those for you at the best available rate, with extra perks thrown in.

  • Absolutely! If you’ve already booked directly with a property, I can check if any perks can be applied to your stay, such as a free room upgrade, free breakfast, or complementary food and spa credits.

    Note that this will not apply if your booking was made through an OTA like Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc. In this case, you could cancel your existing booking and re-book through me for the same price, but with the extra perks.

  • I will check with my contacts and try to get you on a priority waitlist, if it exists. I have the privilege of working with some incredibly well-connected people in the travel industry, and this has worked out well for many of my previous clients!

The Client Journey

  • Amazing! As a first step, please fill in the contact form here. The more detailed you are about what you have in mind, the easier it will be for me to craft your dream itinerary.

    I can be as involved or hands-off as you like in terms of the planning process; most people love having control over their itinerary, and if you fall into that bucket you can simply tell me which hotels / tours you’d like me to book for you. I can guarantee you will always be getting the best rates, and I’ll get you upgrades / perks wherever possible.

    If you need an itinerary designed from scratch, I can do so based on the requirements you give me. You are welcome to further modify this as you wish until you are happy with it.

    Once you decide you are ready to make a booking, you will receive a Client Intake form and we can proceed with payment.

  • You will be sent a secure credit card link which will be stored in a vault, which I will then use to book travel on your behalf. I usually prefer to do this while having the traveler on standby, in the event that there is an OTP requirement that needs to be approved / communicated. You may ask me to remove your credit card details from the vault at any time.

  • Absolutely! You will have my direct business line and can contact me anytime for requests or questions.

  • I will never charge a booking fee, and I will only charge a planning fee if you request for a full itinerary design for large groups (i.e. above 20 people)!
